Virtual yet Personal

Conveniently, everything can be done virtually, from the comfort of your own home, with the help of video conferencing. I will send you a kit with some tools once you sign up and pay for the evaluation appointment. Using these assessment tools, you will take some photos and videos. You will also complete an intake form reviewing your health and dental histories. Once you send me the complete form and pictures, we can set up a time to meet via Google Meet. During this time, I will do a thorough assessment to get a holistic picture of your concerns and structural and functional limitations. This will allow me to make recommendations and start a training program. Treatment time can vary case by case, but typically, we will meet every 2 weeks over 6 months (about 12 sessions). During these sessions on Google Meet, I will give you exercises to work on, review progress from previous exercises, and answer any other questions you have. Occasionally, I will have you fill out check-in reports. The main purpose of myofunctional therapy sessions is to track progress and assign exercises. In this time, you will learn valuable skills to improve tongue posture, breathing, chewing/swallowing, and beyond. Myo with Maddie LLC is designed to be personalized and interactive. Possible arrangements can be made for in-person evaluation and sessions.
